History
Established in 1989, the North County Emergency Outreach Network (NCEON) is a Christian organization comprised of more that 36 churches and 6 civic organizations from the communities of Glen Burnie, Hanover, Linthicum, Pasadena and Severn in northern Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Since its founding, NCEON has distributed over $6 million in food and funds to the less fortunate members of our community.
NCEON is a 501(C)3 qualified, all volunteer organization. As a tax deductible organization, NCEON does not receive any government funds. All funds and gifts are donated by member churches, organizations and private individuals.
